Dear students,

根据我校防控疫情工作的情况和同学们外出需求，我院本着安全、紧急情况优先的原则，每天将有条件的批准不超过15位学生外出校门的申请，每次出校门不超过3个小时。具体申请程序及审批标准如下：

According to the epidemic prevention and control requirements of our university regarding the exit and entry of students from the campus which is based on the principle of safety prioritization, the office henceforth will approve the exit applications of 15 students to go out of the campus daily for no more than 3 hours (each student cannot be outside for more than 3 hours). The specific application procedures and approval criteria are as follows:

1. 留学生提前一天通过网络在线填写外出申请，申请人需详细说明外出理由，路线，外出时间段等。校内超市可购买到的，不批准出校门采购。具体申请点击：

Students need to fill out the application form online a day before their intended exit. The applicant must specify the reasons for going out, the route, the time period, etc. Out-of-school shopping for items that can be purchased in the mini supermarket on campus will not be approved. For specific application procedures please scan the QR code at the bottom.

2. 办公室老师负责收集申请信息，并依据申请时间、线路、理由和紧急程度等方面因素进行审批。

The office teacher is responsible for collecting, reviewing and approving applications according to requirements such as the time of submission，route,  and the urgency or reason behind the application.

3. 获批准学生出行当天需到办公室拿纸质的外出审批表。

Students with an approved application should get the paper copy permit form at the office on the day of exit.

4. 学生进出校门时出示申请表，校保卫处填写外出时间及返校时间，学生回到公寓后交回表格给公寓一楼门卫。学生需严格按照被批准的路径、时间长进出校园，如有特殊情况需主动向老师汇报，否则以后的外出将被驳回，并公开批评，如情节严重，将进行纪律处分。

When the student enters or exits the school gate, present the form to the security personnel. The school security office will fill out the time of departure and return to school. After the student returns to the apartment, submit the form to the Ayi at the entrance of the apartment to check. Students should strictly abide by this entry and exit requirements. In case of unforeseen circumstances, the student must report to the teacher or further applications will be canceled and a public reprimand will follow. If the circumstances are serious, disciplinary action will be taken.

5. 每位学生在获批外出后，原则上4天之内不能进行第二次申请。如有紧急情况必须外出，可到办公室具体说明，值班老师将根据具体情况决定批准与否。

Students cannot apply twice within 4 days after being granted an approval. If you have to go out for an emergency, you can go to the office to specify, and the teacher on duty will decide accordingly.

6. 我们将一如既往的为所有留学生提供安全保障与服务，同时也希望所有的留学生们非必要情况下，尽可能减少外出，低被感染的风险。

We will, as always, ensure the safety while providing services for all international students. At the same time, we hope that all students stay indoors and reduce the frequency of going out as much as possible to reduce the risk of being infected.
