江西财经大学全体留学生：

近期，新型冠状病毒在武汉爆发且向外传播的速度非常快，全国多个地区均有新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情发生。目前中国政府正在依法积极采取一切必要的措施应对疫情。请各位在华留学生持续关注中国政府发布的官方信息，做好个人防护，配合好学校的相关工作，不信谣，不传谣。

Recently, a new virus strain called the “Coronavirus” broke out in the city of Wuhan, China, and is starting to spread rapidly to other places. An epidemic of pneumonia propelled by this strain of virus have occurred in many areas across China. Presently, the Chinese government is taking all necessary measures in accordance with the law to actively respond to the epidemic situation. Please continue to pay attention to the official information released by the Chinese government and relevant authorities while doing a good job in protection yourself. Do not believe in or spread rumors.

为提高留学生自我防范意识，保障人员健康，做好我校留学生的相关防范工作，海外教育学院有以下几点建议：

In order to further prevent the spread of this viral infection and improve the awareness of students to self-protection while ensuring that the health of everyone isn’t compromised, the University recommends the following measures of prevention and control:

一、个人防护

Strengthen Personal Protection

（一）避免前往人群密集的公共场所。尽量减少不必要的外出，不去人员聚集地，禁止前往武汉市及周边地区。不和来自湖北地区尤其是武汉的人员接触。

1. Avoid crowded public places. Minimize unnecessary outings and gatherings. Do not go to Wuhan and its surrounding areas. Try to avoid contact with people who have just returned from infected areas such as Hubei, especially Wuhan.

（二）外出时佩戴好防护用具。请在外出时一定佩戴口罩，推荐选择外科医用口罩，N95口罩，佩戴时方法正确，要定期更换。目前口罩基本处于脱销状态，请大家关注并及时购买。学院也在采取措施，届时会第一时间联系大家。

2. It is very important that you wear protective masks and sanitary gloves when going out. Surgical masks and N95 masks are recommended. Wear them correctly and change them regularly. At present masks are basically out of stock, please pay attention to its availability and purchase on time if possible. The Overseas Education School (OES) is also working on providing them for the students and will notify you as soon.

（三）建议大家勤洗手。外出回家，做饭和吃饭前后，上厕所后，咳嗽或打喷嚏后，触摸口、鼻、眼前，触摸过动物之后，都应该洗手。正确的洗手，使用肥皂和流动的水，搓手时间不低于20秒。如果外出不方便，可使用含有70%~80%酒精的免洗洗手液。

3. Wash your hands at home immediately after being outdoors, before eating, after using the toilet, coughing or sneezing, before touching your mouth, nose and eyes, before and after touching food materials or poultry animals. To wash your hands properly, run them under flowing tap water, use soap to rub hands for no less than 20 seconds. When you’re outdoors, carry and use a hand sanitizer containing 70% to 80% rubbing alcohol.

（四）保持室内空气新鲜。请大家定期开窗，经常保持室内室外空气对流。

4. Pay attention to the air circulation in your room and make sure it is properly ventilated.

（五）避免接触野生禽畜、野生动物及其排泄物和分泌物。购买水鲜禽肉要从正规渠道，食用禽肉蛋奶要充分煮熟。处理生鲜制品时器具要生熟分开，及时清洗。

5. Avoid contact with wild livestock, poultry animals and their excreta or secretions. Food items should be purchased from the appropriate places, and fully cooked. When preparing fresh food products, use different utensils for raw and cooked products, and clean them on time.

（六）加强身体锻炼，提高自身抵抗力。

6. Engage in physical exercise to improve your immunity and resistance.

二、及时就诊

Timely Medical Treatment

如果身体出现咳嗽发热症状，请及时前往学校医院就诊，根据医生建议做进一步治疗，并在第一时间告知值班老师。

If you notice that you’re having signs or symptoms of cough, sore throat, flu or fever, please go to the school hospital on time for further consultation or treatment as suggested by the doctor. Inform the teacher on duty immediately.

三、杜绝带病聚会

No Party with Illness

如有发烧、咳嗽等呼吸道感染的症状，居家休息，减少外出和旅行。接触他人请佩戴口罩，要避免带病聚会。

If you’re having any symptom of respiratory infections such as fever, sore throat, cold and cough, kindly stay at home and reduce going outdoors. Please wear a mask when you are in contact with others.

四、其它要求

Other Requirements

（一）近期往返过武汉的学生，必须报告值班教师，作好登记。如有呼吸道症状，请及时联系校医院和留学生办公室。

1. Students who have recently been to or returned from Wuhan this month must report to the teacher on duty and register. If you’re having any symptom, please contact the university hospital and the international student’s office in person or via the other channels (Telephone, WeChat).

（二）在校外的同学如出现发热、乏力、干咳等呼吸道症状，要及时前往当地医疗机构进行就诊，并报告办公室老师。

2. If students outside the school are having any symptom such as fever, fatigue, dry cough, etc., they should go to a designated local medical institution for consultation or treatment in time and notify the teacher on duty immediately.

The OES has provided new hand sanitizers in the kitchens of the dormitory and contacted relevant departments of the school to disinfect the International Students' Apartment. The specific time will be announced later. The teachers on duty during the Chinese New Year are as follows:
