二、申请人资格

Eligibility

1. 非中国籍公民，身体健康；

2. 面向全部留学生，但在华留学生应为今年7月份毕业的应届毕业生，境外学生不做要求；

3. 学历和年龄要求：来华攻读硕士学位者，须具有学士学位，年龄不超过35岁；来华攻读博士学位者，须具有硕士学位，年龄不超过40岁。

1. Applicants must be a citizen of a country other than the People’s Republic of China, and be in good health;

2. To all international students, but for students apply domestically must be fresh graduates in July 2022, no requirement for overseas students;

3. The requirements for applicants’ degree and age are that applicants must:

  ● be a bachelor’s degree holder and no more than 35 when applying for the master’s programs;

  ● be a master’s degree holder and no more than 40 when applying for the doctoral programs.

三、奖学金内容和标准 

Scholarship Coverage

免学费、免费提供校内住宿、免综合医疗保险费、资助生活费（硕士研究生3000元/月，博士研究生3500元/月）。

Exemption from tuition fee; providing free on-campus accommodation, Comprehensive Medical Insurance and living stipend (Master student: 3000RMB/month, Doctoral student: 3500RMB/month).

四、如何申请及所需材料

How to Apply and Required Material

登录国家留学基金委来华留学网上报名系统（http://www.campuschina.org/），完成网上申请（留学项目种类：B类，江西财经大学机构代码: 10421）；

申请材料：

1. 护照复印件（原则上有效期应为十二个月以上）；

2. 经公证的最高学历证明。如申请人为应届毕业生，须另外提交本人就读学校出具的在学证明和预毕业证明。中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文或英文的译文；

3. 学习成绩单。中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文或英文的译文；

4. 推荐信。申请攻读硕士、博士学位者须提交两名教授或副教授的推荐信，用中文或英文书写；

5. 年龄不满18岁的申请人，须提交在华法定监护人的相关法律文件；

6.《外国人体格检查表》复印件；

7.HSK成绩报告复印件（仅针对中文项目）；

8.我校预录取通知书；

9.无犯罪记录证明或个人承若书；

10.学习计划或研究计划。

Application Documents:

1. Photocopy of Passport ID (It should valid for more than twelve months);

2. Notarized highest diploma; Prospective diploma recipients must submit official document issued by your current school to prove your current student status or expected graduation date. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations;

3. Academic transcripts (written in Chinese or English); Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations;

4.Two Recommendation Letters (written in Chinese or English). Applicants for undergraduate program and postgraduate program must submit two recommendation letters signed by professors or associate professors;

5. Applicants under the age of 18 must submit relevant documents about their statutory guardians in China; 

6.Foreigner Physical Examination Form (photocopy);

7.The copy of valid HSK Certificate(Only for Chinese program);

8.Our school pre-admission letter;

9.No Criminal Record Certificate or Personal Commitment;

10.Study plan or Research Proposal.

六、申请流程

Application methods

第一步：申请人于2022年3月31日前，在国家留学基金委来华留学网上报名系统提交申请；

第二步：江西财经大学于4月11日前完成材料初审、面试及学校奖学金评审，确定该项目候选人名单并通知学生本人，发放中国政府奖学金高校研究生项目预录取通知书；

第三步：候选人须于4月16日前登录中国政府奖学金来华留学管理信息系统将我校预录取通知书及其他必要材料进行上传，未及时完成在线申请的候选人，将被取消候选人资格；

第四步：拟录取人选经国家留学基金委审核合格，即可获得中国政府奖学金资助来华学习；

第五步：名单公示。

Step1:Applicants submit their applications to Online Application System (http://www.campuschina.org/) before March 31st, 2022;

Step2: Jiangxi Finance and Economics University will complete the application material review, interview and scholarship evaluation before April 11st,confirm the list of candidates for the program and inform the students, issue the Pre-admission Notice of Chinese Government Scholarship University Programs;

Step3:Nominated candidates must upload Our school pre-admission letter and other necessary materials to the Chinese Government Scholarship Management Information System(http://www.campuschi-na.org)before April 16th.And candidates who do not complete the online application in time will be disqualified from the candidacy;

Step4:Nominated candidates will get Chinese Government Scholarships to study in China with approval of the CSC;

Step5:The announcement of final list.
