为全力做好疫情防控工作，学校决定管控校园，对违反规定的人员都将进行处分。海外教育学院也已经向全体留学生正式发出了第三号通知。

    In a bid to further enhance and intensify our efforts in guaranteeing the safety and protection of all staffs and students, the university notified all students of the implementation of some safety protocols to fully monitor and manage residence, entrance and exit from the university campus. Anyone found in violation of this protocols would be seriously punished. The OES officially issued “the third notice” yesterday to all the international students.

     但是，大门守卫人员反映，仍然发现有个别留学生违反规定，如不佩戴口罩，随意进出校园大门，并提供了相片和视频证据，要求我们进行处理。

    However, according to the report of the security department at the school gate, we were recently notified that some students already violated this protocol. They left the campus and returned to the gate without good reasons, and without wearing masks. The security department provided photo and video evidence to the office. As said in the earlier notice, we will take this seriously and deal with the situation firmly.

     海外教育学院提醒全体留学生，现在属于特殊时期，为保障学生个人和公共健康安全，需要牺牲个人自由。学生走出自己的房间后就必须佩戴口罩，进入公寓楼大门前必须对手消毒，除突发疾病等紧急情况外不得随意出入校园大门。其他原因必须出入校园大门的必须获得海外教育学院办公室的书面盖章许可。违者将按照第三号重要通知之规定进行处分，并公开处分名单和结果。我们将在1月31日中午16点后进行全面督查。

      The OES would like to remind all our international students that the current situation is especially critical, not a usual circumstance and shouldn’t be taken likely. Some personal demands and needs of comfort will have to be sacrificed by students and staffs alike in order to protect and guarantee public health and safety. Students must at all times wear safety masks when leaving the rooms, and use the disinfecting alcohol made available at the reception before coming through the main entrance into the apartment building. For now, students are strongly advised not to leave the campus for their own safety except in cases of sudden illness and other emergencies. However, if you want to leave the campus, you must obtain a written and stamped letter of exit from the OES. Anyone who violates this protocol will be punished severely in accordance with the regulations in the “third notice” and the punishment made public. We will conduct a general inspection from 16:00 on the 31st of January.

   Also, another purchase of groceries, food items and enough drinking water will be made today for all students. Detailed information will be notified soon.
