All the overseas students:

  In order to effectively prevent and control the pneumonia epidemic of new-type corona virus infections, strengthen the management of personnel flow and block the spread of the epidemic to the maximum extent in accordance with the unified deployment of the Ministry of Education of Jiangxi and the latest requirements of the Jiangxi CDC, JUFE has decided to postpone the starting date of the spring semester of 2020. Classes will not begin before February 17, 2020 (the specific opening date will be separately notified after the investigation and determination of Epidemic control situation).  Everyone is responsible for the prevention and control of the epidemic. Here, OES issues Important Notice No. 3, and hopes that all students will adhere to the following requirements:

全体留学生：
    为切实做好新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情防控工作，加强人员流动管理，最大限度阻断疫情传播扩散渠道，按照江西省教育厅的部署，以及省疾控中心的最新要求，我校将推迟开学时间，在2月17日前不开学（具体开学时间将根据疫情防控形势研判后另行通知）。防控疫情，人人有责。在此，我院发布第3号通知，要求全体留学生做到： 

   1. All students must wear a mask when outdoors. Wearing a mask plays a big role in preventing the spread of the virus, which is an important measure to protect yourself and others from the virus. A punishment will be given to students who do not wear masks according to the records of the school security department's cameras and staff at the school gate: scholarship students will fail to pass the annual assessment; Self-financed students will not be eligible for award of any scholarship.

    1.外出必须佩戴口罩。佩戴口罩对于预防病毒传播起到很大的作用，这是保护你自己和也是保护他人的重要措施。我院将根据校保卫处在校大门摄像和工作人员的记录，对于不戴口罩者将给予如下处分：奖学金生年度考核不及格；自费生不得参评任何奖学金。

    2. Do not go out at will. For all your daily food requirements and groceries, choose a representative to go out to buy and make sure that it covers for a lengthy period. OES will make the second purchase of food items free of charge, and will continue to purchase at specific intervals as may be required. The following punishment will be given to those who do not follow these instructions and continue hanging out or visiting other schools: scholarship students will fail to pass the annual assessment; Self-financed students will not be eligible for award of any scholarship.
  2.不得随意外出。如实在需要购买生活必须品，可一次购买多天或选代表外出购买。我院将进行第二次购买物品免费发放，并视情况隔一定时间继续集中购买。对于不停劝阻执意外出闲逛、去其他学校串门等随意外出者将给予如下处分：奖学金生年度考核不及格；自费生不得参评任何奖学金。

     3. Students who do not adhere to these regulations and go out at will or go out without wearing a mask, if the circumstances are serious, they will be expelled from school until they are investigated for legal responsibility。

   3.对于不听劝阻一意孤行随意外出，或外出不戴口罩者，如情节严重将开除学籍，直至追究法律责任。

  4. Please organize your vacation responsibly and study well. Some teachers will be requested to provide online learning materials for relevant courses. Students will use their vacation time to charge their batteries and conduct learning, scientific research, reading and other activities in the dormitory.
       4.合理安排假期，做好学习规划。我院将请部分老师提供相关课程的网络学习资料，同学们利用假期时间“充好电”，在宿舍进行学习、科研、阅读等活动。

     5. Keep in communication and cooperate with school work. The staff of the OES will do a good job in communicating with you on a daily basis on information statistics and health information submission. Please be sure to actively cooperate with the staff of OES in the prevention and control of the epidemic, and timely understand the relevant notices and requirements of the school.
    5.保持通讯畅通，配合学校工作。学院的工作人员将做好与您的日常沟通、信息统计及身体健康信息报送等工作，请同学们务必积极配合我院工作人员的疫情防控工作，及时了解学校的相关通知和要求。
