​为增进中国人民与世界各国人民的相互了解和友谊，发展中国与世界各国在各领域的交流与合作，中国政府设立奖学金，资助世界各国优秀学生、教师、学者到中国的大学学习或开展研究。高校自主招生（Type B）项目用于中国高校直接遴选和招收优秀的外国青年学生来华学习。申请该项目的学生需直接向高校申请。

In order to promote the mutual understanding, cooperation and exchanges in various fields between China and other countries, the Chinese government has set up a series of scholarship programs to sponsor international students, teachers and scholars to study and conduct research in Chinese universities. Chinese University Program(type B) is a full scholarship for designated Chinese universities and certain provincial education offices in specific provinces or autonomous regions to recruit outstanding international students for graduate studies in China. Applicants shall apply to the designated Chinese universities undertaking this program.

01 资助类别、期限及授课语言

SUPPORTING CATEGORIES, DURATION AND INSTRUCTION LANGUAGE

1. 入学时间：2020年9月；

2. 资助类别与期限：仅限硕士研究生和博士研究生，仅限录取时通知书上确定的学习年限；

3. 授课语言：英语授课

1. Studies begin in SEPTEMBER 2020.

2. Supporting Category: Type B only supports master’s students or doctoral students. The scholarship covers major study as specified in the Admission Letter.

3. Instruction Language: Scholarship students can register for English-taught program if applicable.

SCHOLARSHIP COVERAGE

全额奖学金：包含学费、住宿费、生活补助和综合医疗保险。

Type B provides a full scholarship, which covers tuition waiver, accommodation, stipend, and comprehensive medical insurance.

04 申请条件

ELIGIBILITY

1. 非中国籍公民，身体健康；

2. 学历和年龄要求：来华攻读硕士学位者，须具有学士学位，年龄不超过35岁；来华攻读博士学位者，须具有硕士学位，年龄不超过40岁；

3. 语言要求：申请英语授课的硕士及博士，需至少满足其中一项英语能力要求：★托福成绩≥80分；★雅思≥6.0；★母语为英语；★其他经我校认定的同等英语水平证明。

1. Applicants must be a citizen of a country other than the People’s Republic of China, and be in good health.

2. The requirements for applicants’ degree and age are that applicants must be a bachelor’s degree holder under the age of 35 when applying for the master’s programs; be a master’s degree holder under the age of 40 when applying for the doctoral programs.

3. Language Proficiency: When applying for English-taught master’s or doctoral programs, the applicant should satisfy one of the following:

- Passed TOFEL ≥80

- Passed IETLS ≥6.0

- Be a native English speaker

- Or other acceptable English proficiency certificates

05 申请材料

APPLICATION DOCUMENTS

1. 《中国政府奖学金申请表》（中文或英文），要求在“国家留学基金委来华留学网上报名系统”提交成功后下载打印并签名；

2. 最高学历证明。如申请人为在校学生，须提交学校出具的在学证明或预计毕业证明。中英文以外文本须附提交经公证的中文或英文的翻译件；

3. 学习成绩单。要求提供上一阶段学历教育的完整成绩单，中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文或英文的翻译件；

4. 来华学习和研究计划。要求用中文或英文书写（不少于800字）；

5. 推荐信。要求两名教授或副教授的推荐信，用中文或英文书写；

6. HSK或IELTS证书。需提交复印件；

7. 《外国人体格检查表》，登录国家留学基金委网站

http://www.csc.edu.cn/laihua下载，用英文填写。要求申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查表》无效。检查结果有效期为6个月；

8. 护照个人信息页；

9. 白底个人证件照；

注意：以上材料请按上述顺序在左上角装订成册（一式两册）。无论录取与否，申请材料均不返还。

1. Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship (written in Chinese or English) required to download, print and sign after submit successfully at CSC Online Application System for International Students;

2. Highest diploma. Prospective diploma recipients must submit official document issued by your current school to prove your current student status or expected graduation date. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.

3. Academic transcripts (written in Chinese or English) required a complete transcript of previous academic education. Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.

4. A Study Plan or Research Proposal (written in Chinese or English, 800 words minimum).

5. Two Recommendation Letters (written in Chinese or English). Applicants must submit two recommendation letters signed by a professor or an associate professor.

6. Valid HSK or IELTS Certificate (if applicable);

7. Foreigner Physical Examination Form (written in English, can be downloaded from http://www.csc.edu.cn/laihua or http://www.campuschina.org). The physical examinations must cover all of the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete forms or forms without the signature of the attending physician, or the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicant are considered as invalid. Please carefully plan your physical examination schedule as the result is valid for only 6 months.

 Attention: All documents should be bound together on top left corner in the order 1 to 9. (You should submit TWO sets of bound documents). No application documents will be returned.

06 申请流程

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

1. 登录“国家留学基金委来华留学网上报名系统”（登录http://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn，点击“网上报名学生入口”图标进入）填写申请信息，请务必仔细阅读“操作流程”后开始填写，选择申请类别B类，江西财经大学“受理机构编号”为10421；

2. 将步骤5中的申请纸质材料（一式两份）邮寄到江西财经大学海外教育学院留学生办公室。

3. 登录“江西财经大学-留学生在线申请系统”（登录http://admission.jxufe.edu.cn/login，点击“注册”后“登录”进入）填写申请信息，上传申请材料电子版，并确认提交；

4. 江西财经大学负责审核申请材料、组织面试、确定录取人选。拟录取人选经国家留学基金委审核合格，即可获得中国政府奖学金资助来华学习；

5. 江西财经大学将于2020年7月底之前将《录取通知书》和《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW201表）寄给学生本人。

1. Complete the online application procedure at CSC Online Application System for International Students (Visit https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/#/login and click “Create an account” to log in), submit online the completed Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship and print a hard copy. You should choose Type B and our Agency Number is 10421.

2. Prepare all the application documents(see “V” for details) and send TWO hard copies to the Office of Overseas Education School at Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics.

3. Log in “Online Application System for International Students to JUFE” (Visit http://admission.jxufe.edu.cn/login and click “Register” then log in) fill application information, upload E-copy of application documents, confirm and submit.

4. JUFE reviews the application documents online, organizes the entrance examinations and decides the nominated candidates. Nominated candidates will get Chinese Government Scholarships to study in China with the approval of CSC.

5. JUFE will issue an Admission letter and Visa Application Form for Study in China（JW201 form）by the end of July 2020.

07 注意事项

SCHOLARSHIP CONFIRMATION

1. 每名奖学金获得者只能获得一个中国政府奖学金项目的资助，对于同时被多所高校录取的奖学金申请人，国家留学基金委仅为其保留一所学校的奖学金资格；

2. 奖学金获得者来华后不得变更录取院校、学习专业及学习期限；

3. 不能按录取期限来华学习者，奖学金资格不予保留；

4. 先在线提交《中国政府奖学金申请》，再提交《江西财经大学留学生入学申请》，最后把纸质材料（一式两份）邮寄至我校；

5. 为保证学校随时与申请者保持联系，请在申请表中填写有效的电子邮件地址和电话；

6. 所有申请材料均须有原件，以备入学时验查，提供虚假材料者，奖学金资格将被取消。

1. CSC reserves the rights to decide the host university for scholarship recipients with multiple offers. Each scholarship recipient—even when admitted by multiple universities—will be granted no more than one scholarship.

2. Scholarship recipients shall not change their host university, field of study, or duration of study unless they give up the grant.

3. Scholarship will not be reserved if scholarship recipient cannot register before the registration deadline.

4. Submit Application for Chinese Government Scholarship online, and then submit Admission Application for International Students to JUFE. Send two hard copies of all application documents to JUFE.

5. To ensure that the school is in constant contact with the applicant, please provide a valid email address in the application form.

6. All application documents must have original documents in preparation for admission inspection. Scholarship will be revoked for those who provide false documents.
