Eligibility

1. 非中国籍公民，身体健康；

2. 面向“一带一路”沿线共建国家留学生；

3. 学历和年龄要求：来华攻读硕士学位者，须具有学士学位，年龄不超过35岁。

三、奖学金内容和标准 

Scholarship Coverage

免学费、免费提供校内住宿、免综合医疗保险费、资助生活费（硕士研究生3000元/月）。

Exemption from tuition fee; providing free on-campus accommodation, Comprehensive Medical Insurance and living stipend (Master student: 3000RMB/month).

四、如何申请及所需材料

How to Apply and Required Materials ?

登录国家留学基金委来华留学网上报名系统（http://www.campuschina.org/），完成网上申请（留学项目种类：B类，江西财经大学机构代码: 10421）；

申请材料：

1. 护照复印件（原则上有效期应为十二个月以上）；

2. 经公证的最高学历证明。如申请人为应届毕业生，须另外提交现就读学校出具的预毕业证明。中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文或英文的译文；

3. 学习成绩单。中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文或英文的译文；

4. 推荐信。须提交两名教授或副教授的推荐信，用中文或英文书写；

5. 年龄不满18岁的申请人，须提交在华法定监护人的相关法律文件；

6.《外国人体格检查表》复印件；

7.HSK成绩报告（仅针对中文项目）；

8.无犯罪记录证明或个人承若书；

9.学习计划或研究计划(最少1000字);

10.《中国政府奖学金申请表》

*申请者应保证所提供的信息和材料真实、准确，杜绝弄虚作假和学术不端的行为，否则取消入学资格。

Application Documents:

1. Photocopy of Passport ID (It should valid for more than twelve months);

2. Notarized highest diploma; Prospective diploma recipients must submit official document issued by your current university to prove your current student status and provide with a pre-graduation letter. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations;

3. Academic transcripts (written in Chinese or English); Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations;

4.Two Recommendation Letters (written in Chinese or English). Applicants must submit two recommendation letters signed by professors or associate  professors;

5. Applicants under the age of 18 must submit relevant documents about their statutory guardians in China; 

6.Foreigner Physical Examination Form;

7.The copy of valid HSK Certificate (Only for Chinese program);

8. Non Criminal Record Certificate or Personal Commitment;

9. Study plan or Research Proposal (More than 1000 Words)；

10. CSC application form

五、申请日期

Applicaiton deadline:

2024年5月17日 (May 17^th ,2024)，星期五 (Friday )

六、申请流程

Application methods

第一步：申请人于2024年5月17日前(周五)，在国家留学基金委来华留学网上报名系统提交申请；

第二步：江西财经大学于5月底前完成材料初审、面试及学校奖学金评审，确定该项目候选人名单并通知学生本人，发放中国政府奖学金高校研究生项目预录取通知书；

第三步：项目候选人须于5月底前（待学校通知）登录中国政府奖学金来华留学管理信息系统将我校预录取通知书及其他补充材料进行上传，未及时完成在线申请的候选人，将被取消候选人资格；

第四步：江西财经大学须在指定时间内将拟录取人选信息及材料报送国家留学基金委；

第五步：经国家留学基金委审核合格，即可获得中国政府奖学金资助来华学习；

第六步：名单公示。

Step 1:Applicants submit their applications to Online Application System (http://www.campuschina.org/) before May 17^th 2024（Friday）;

Step 2: Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics will complete the application material review, interview and scholarship evaluation before end of May 2024, confirm the list of candidates for the program and inform the students, issue the Pre-admission Notice of Chinese Government Scholarship University Programs;

Step 3:Nominated candidates must upload JUFE pre-admission letter and other necessary additional materials to the Chinese Government Scholarship Management Information System (http://www.campuschina.org) before end of May 2024 (the specific date will be announaced later). And candidates who do not complete the online application in time will be disqualified from the candidacy;

Step 4: Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics will post nominated candidates’ application documents and other necessary letters to the Chinese Government Scholarship Council before the prorgra deadline.

Step 5:Nominated candidates will get Chinese Government Scholarships to study in China with approval of the CSC;

Step 6:The announcement of final list.

八、报名费

 报名费:500元/人，申请人须在完成线上申请一周内，将缴费截图发至我校招生邮箱, 否则视为放弃申请。邮箱地址：wangqi@jxufe.edu.cn，缴费信息详见附件1。

Application Fee: 500RMB/Person. Applicants must send a copy of the payment confirmation receipt to our admission email wangqi@jxufe.edu.cn within one week after completing the online application. Failure to do so will be considered as giving up the application. Payment information please see attachment 1.
